Since February 2024, Zoe has served as the Brand and Marketing Lead at Paralympics Australia, a role where she is at the forefront of driving national awareness and championing inclusion.
Her work is centred on the belief that sport and storytelling have the unique ability to foster a more inclusive society and amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
Her current success is built on a formidable decade-long tenure at Westpac Group, where she navigated high-level roles in both Sydney and Brisbane. During her time there, she held significant leadership positions, including Head of Advertising, Senior Advertising Manager, and State Marketing Manager for Queensland. This period allowed her to master the complexities of strategic leadership and brand management on a national scale; skills she now applies to the non-profit and sporting sectors to inspire positive change. Zoe’s career foundations were established in the competitive advertising world, with early roles as a Graduate Trainee at Sudler & Hennessey and an Advertising Account Manager at J Walter Thompson Worldwide.
Academically, Zoe’s diverse skill set was cultivated through a double degree, a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Creative Industries from QUT. Her global outlook was further shaped by a semester abroad studying Film, Cinema, and Video at California State University, Long Beach, and she has since augmented her expertise with a MiniMBA.
Beyond her impressive resume, Zoe is recognized as a leader who operates with immense courage, compassion, and integrity. Often described as a "quiet achiever," she consistently uses her influence to create opportunities for others and challenge societal perceptions. By combining ambition with a heart for service, Zoe serves as an exceptional role model, demonstrating that professional achievement is most meaningful when it leaves a lasting positive impact on the community.
