How does it work?

The program connects St Aidan's alumni as mentors and mentees across three focus areas: career, study, and life skills. Matching is done by consent — mentors have the opportunity to review candidates and indicate their preference before any connection is made, ensuring a comfortable and meaningful fit for both parties.

Once matched, mentors and mentees connect once a quarter, whether that's over a Teams call, a phone catch-up, or in person. It's a low-commitment, high-impact way to give back or grow.

Mentees — any St Aidan's alumna at any stage of life, whether you're fresh out of school or navigating a career change decades on
